Appointed by a private developer and their funder to remove an underperforming main contractor on an 18-storey, 115-unit residential tower in Auckland. Managed re-procurement, recommencement, and direct funder engagement to restore lender confidence and restart programme delivery.

As COO and General Manager of TLC Modular, managed all Australia, NZ, and Vietnam operations post-acquisition by Goldman Sachs — including factory setup and streamlining, process design, QA frameworks, production planning, and efficiency optimisation across 3,000 to 5,000+ modular units. Also managed procurement, logistics, stakeholder engagement, and offshore supply chain economics integration into development feasibility.

Established and managed a modular bathroom pod factory in Brisbane for Lendlease — covering factory setup, procurement, production management, QA, and site installation and integration across multiple major construction projects. Delivered 3,000 units to live programmes across Australia's eastern seaboard.

Engaged on a 98-room hotel apartment refurbishment in Auckland — supporting FF&E procurement strategy, Chinese supply chain management, delivery planning, and compliance including timber fumigation, FR fabric certification, and NZ electrical and glass safety standards.

Engaged directly by funders and private investors to provide independent oversight across construction projects — spanning budget control, contractor due diligence, programme monitoring, and compliance management to protect capital against contractor-driven cost inflation.
